Following the Salvador Dali Exhibit at the Art Institute of Chicago

In order to capture the essence of Dali’s works for this Art Institute of Chicago exhibit, the images needed reflect the colorful gradients in the paintings, and include close-up shots of surreal subject matter. Blending modes were used to boost saturation and brightness and bring attention to details that a viewer may want to learn more about at the museum. These posters are made to look vibrant on signs at a large scale or even plastered to the front of the museum in banners.

Made in Adobe InDesign in February 2024. Student work from Savannah College of Art and Design. I do not own the rights to Salvador Dali’s artwork or the Art Institute of Chicago logos that are featured in this design.
